Emacs is being a pain

I struggled getting Emacs up and running on the Framework for at least an hour this morning. After finally getting it at least basically working, a package update caused denote-consult to fail. I give up. I’m sorry Emacs, but if you’re going to break every other fucking day, we’re going to have to stop seeing each other.
